Anti-smoking law changes. It may smoke indoors

Anti-smoking law will be amended. They approved two amendments proposed by MP Daniel Fenechiu, and involve amending the definition of enclosed space and permission to smoke indoors.
Thus, enclosed public space is framed by walls all around, and no two walls as it was before. In addition, it may smoke in separate spaces, completely isolated and labeled specifically and on terraces set up for this purpose.
"The two amendments fix some errors in law. The law defined enclosed public space as that space which have roof or ceiling and two walls. Basically, this regulation meant that the two sides have no terrace provided to stop the wind and moving ashes on a table to another to be able to smoke. I came up with a proposal together with a few colleagues, Rodica Tanase, Răzvan Miron, where we defined enclosed space as an enclosed space: the walls falling around. Thus a terrace that has three walls and a front zone is closed public space, as throughout Europe, "said Fenechiu.

The second amendment admitted allow smoking in separate rooms, fully insulated and specially engraved.

That means, for example,. a restaurant that does not smoke, do not smoke in any restaurant can to make an outside terrace, equipped with three walls in which to smoke.

Daniel Fenechiu MP said he did not want the changes to affect in any way nonsmokers. "I want to say that I did sense that these changes were in any way, it had no way to view the affect in any way the non-smoker. Because I believe that the non-smoker must be protected, should not breathe the air or pollutants emitted from my cigarette. But on the other hand, believe that smokers are entitled to their VIIC, respectively the vice of smoking, without disturbing non-smokers, "said Fenechiu.
