ukraine army victory
Ukrainian army says it has recaptured 75 percent of the territory controlled at a time, by the pro-Russian separatists in the east. Government forces surrounded almost completely Lugansk city and collect circle around the other rebel stronghold, Donetsk.

Yesterday, at least nine civilians were killed in the fighting. Several districts of the two cities are without water and electricity. Locals try to make supplies and prepare for siege. Meanwhile, international investigators continue their work at the place where the Malaysian
plane crashed.
