Specialists firefighters showed technically that the construction does not allow safe evacuation of passengers in case of maximum any accident. "Placing the overpass, near exits, some temporary buildings, various facilities or parking spaces that reduce the width of the free movement of access routes, evacuation and intervention," it said in a statement the firefighters Bucharest . Also on AEST chapter related to the safety of passengers paying the ticket, not at all important, it seems, for driving Metrorex are underlined and some changes made to the system crossing turnstiles, blocking doors with latches, and the misuse of electrical equipment in a state of decay that could short circuit which could fall victim travelers unaware of the existence of these dangers that lurk everywhere it. Metropolitan of Transylvania and his holy Mercedes E350 4Matic

Just before Easter, open conflict broke out between caste journalists from both the print and audio-visual and Metropolitan of Transylvania, laurenţiu streza. The reason was represented by a photograph taken by a journalist of the publication time of Sibiu that appear priest Mercedes E350 4Matic drive out of the starting price of 60,000 euros. The photo was published by the newspaper in question, which shortly and for unclear reasons has publicly apologized in writing for this. Gossips said holders they were afraid of the influence zone of Metropolitan. Immediately after publication of the photo, the major newspapers and TV stations picked up the story and clergymen condemned opulence.

Metropolitan has put even more fuel to the fire dispute when, through a short interview, seemed to curse the journalist in question to never win more money than those from the photo, then hinted he is ready for battle . Tension peaked when laurenţiu streza said with acceptance and satisfaction (according to his own thought) idea in attitude coming from a third party, namely that it would be appropriate to have and not just Mercedes plane or helicopter. Maybe that Romania will have its first A380, he jumped as burned journalists. For better objectivity, we asked our psychologist to interpret impartially the fine details of revolt.
"According to him, the priest goes on the idea legality of purchasing the car in question, which he says was bought in installments which were not done yet. On the other hand, journalists report that they have not challenged the legality of the origin of the car just such a fireball that can humble believer front row when the church's presence in church duties. They also say that Transylvanians traveling by public transport or by Logan they would send a message of superiority and arrogance and overall message of opulence and luxury submitted by a parent is not appropriate his business. In short, the message is it's legal, but immoral! What would be the next step, they asked journalists! We may have mistresses priests coming out in short skirts or officiating priests who displayed ghiulurile or listen Manele within the open window at the traffic lights. It's not legal?
Metropolitan supporters as they brought the safety argument it must travel and journalists countered the idea that the popular cars have the same level of security that are not only luxury and not create social stratification. How, asks journalists, gives this Mercedes on unpaved roads in Sibiu Surroundings example? An eventual burial in Răşinari, would throw him back with his traction engine and monstrously powerful chippings on the convoy mortuary? "Says the psychologist.

"The priest said he is willing to pardon the journalist who took the photo. Tagma journalists and was sore! Why, asks everyone would need pardon a man who did what his job entails, namely to present reality as it is? If it bloomed it if the machine does not belong bathrooms metropolitan then was, how do Transylvanians, because it was false and defamatory news image. From a psychological viewpoint that the priest is not afraid to show car locally and nationally but fears the judgment shows that non-naive and less impresionabililor. It is a feeling of guilt but overcompensated for the comfort and social superiority, "the specialist added.

"Bishop put the scandal on the desire of journalists to earn some money. Therefore he wanted to press human public not win more money than those produced on the photo. Journalists and drew heavy weapons! Our goal is to win money, they said, but they pay tax of which are (or should do) highways, schools or hospitals. Orthodox Church pays nothing as tax. It's like saying we do not give anything to the state budget, handle yourself with schools, hospitals and highways. Sure no one would want to portray BOR like a fat kid eating sandwiches all other copies, does not give anything to anyone, just because she's fat and needs more resources, but this image tends to take shape on the horizon objectively. Does anyone believe that journalists should not boast any initiatives of the church to invest in soaciale centers for children, elderly or homeless, if they exist? The EU and United States churches build, own and managerizează hospitals. Here's a way to get revenge for not paying taxes. In our most direct interactions with Romania's church when he marries and buries them both great value for Fathers.

How to care for your skin in the cold season

How to care for your skin

Low temperatures in the morning or the evening makes us pay special attention to our skin to protect it. Here's what to do:

Hydration. The first thing is to ensure proper hydration of the skin. Wind, cold, rain, snow contribute to dry skin, plus dry air and indoor, home, office, car, shops. That is why hydration is the number one weapon. Morning and evening hydrated skin should be strong, increasing the usual dose of cream. Choose a moisturizer and emollient produced more than usual. It must contain 7-8 ingredients have 70% water and 30% oil. Search lotions containing humectants: glycerin, sorbitol, alpha hydroxy acids, substances that attract moisture. Obviously, it helps a diet rich in liquids and vitamins. Careful equally fragile skin and lips, and body.

Use vegetable oils on sensitive areas. Areas fragile, dry or thickened need a few drops of vegetable oil, applied through a gentle massage, such as sweet almond. After a few applications, the skin will heal. This treatment can also be used on the lips or around the eyes. Not all oils are suitable. Besides the almond gives good results is avocado.

Do not forget your hands. You need a special cream for very dry skin. Hands are very susceptible to cracks and often favor their drying washing. Therefore, antibacterial soap is not recommended. Use one moisturizer based glycerin and shea butter. After washing, apply a cream for dry skin. No exit without leather gloves, retaining little humidity compared to the wool.

Use creams UV radiation even in winter. Usually Day creams and moisturizers have SPF UV rays. Check the packaging before you buy. Apply a cream with SPF on your face and hands 30 minutes before leaving the house, because your skin is really protected.

Exfoliate with moderation. An already fragile skin should not be too dense scrub aggressively. Even if it is necessary to clean the skin cell death and facilitate the absorption of moisturizers, once a week is sufficient peeling.

Do not do too hot shower or bath. The water temperature will be higher, the higher the risk desidratării skin. After the bath, wipe the skin, everywhere, without rubbing it by dabbing with a towel. Clammy skin dries faster. Take a shower rather than bath tub.

How to protect your pet in winter season

dog in clothes
Cold, wind and humidity give problems to pets, even if staying longer in the house, to heat their entire body receives signals from outside.

If you have in the house a "veteran" - a dog or cat older - you should know that, for him, winters are much harder to bear than for the "young". A medical examination will determine whether the risk to suffer from diseases "disturbed" by bad weather: arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing, heart disease, neuropathy and hormonal problems.

You must know suffering, to take measures: for example, a dog with arthritis will be less and walked slowly step to avoid the risk of joint sprains, ligament tears, etc.

In dogs with short fur, the chicken, the elderly and those with health problems may be impaired thermoregulation, so I have to wear clothes. Paws cushions should be cleaned after every ride in the snow, as substances used to melt snow and ice are irritating. Equally important is the application of moisturizers for pads, as they may crack in the cold.

Even if your nose out of the house, cats still have wormed regularly internally and externally - fleas can cross the threshold hang clothes and shoes masters, then moves on their favorite host: cat.

With respect to cats used to sit and out, this is strongly discouraged to spend the night in the house roofs and day: sudden temperature changes increase the risk of rhino-traheitei, bronchitis, asthma.
